To create a bespoke package for you we will need the venue location and date. We will also like to know roughly how many guests you are expecting and a very basic itinerary (start and close times) . We also suggest you contact your venue and enquire if they are used to to having live bands perform.

Mr Ben have performed at countless wedding receptions, entertaining guests from across the globe. When your big day arrives the band will setup, sound check and liaise with you or the wedding planner to be sure everything is running smoothly, then the band will have the dancefloor full of happy guests and family.
The Silver Service involves the band setting up at 6pm, performing two great 45 minute sets up until midnight and providing a high quality PA able to handle up to about 200 guests and basic disco lighting for the band and the dance floor.
The Gold package contains all you will need for a great party. The band will arrive c.6pm (TBC) setup, and then provide background or disco music through the PA before, between and after the performances up until midnight. The band will perform two great 60 minute sets. A high quality PA able to handle up to about 200 guests is provided and basic disco lighting for the band and the dance floor.
The Diamond Package is ideal for events in large areas, outdoor festivals or for those who demand the very best possible sound. The band will hire and organise a fully manned PA and lighting rig. This option is the best choice for big rooms, large marquees and events with more than 200 people attending.
This is up to you, however from our experience guests like to have some time to drink, relax and socialize before the band begins. We suggest starting the disco or our ipod DJ set around 8pm and then having the band perform its first set around 9:15pm and second around 10:45pm
Assuming the instrumentation is possible then with notice the band are happy to learn a first dance for you, please give details of this when you first contact the band
The band are happy for you to suggest songs from the repertoire that you would very much like to hear or rather them not play, however the band has some songs that segway straight to each other, have special arrangements or even equipment changes so the final set is chosen by the band, The band have masses of experience and will always adopt the set to the audience where needed.
The band will dress in smart casual wear, normally smart dark jeans or trousers with a white or black shirt. The band can dress more or less casually when requested.
Singing and performing on stage can be a physical task so soft drinks are normally provided by the client. The band does not include “food or a meal” as a part of its contract however the band often has to travel for a long period to get to a venue and then set up and sound check before and evening of performing, therefore if you do have the option to provide food or a meal for the band it is always very much welcomed.
Yes both Public Liability and PAT test certificates can be sent to your venue when requested.
Yes the band can be booked to finish later, there is an additional cost for this service but this will all be given to you when you recieve your quote.
